This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Helix Presets (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Helix Presets”), governing the use of digital products, including but not limited to preset packs, sound files, other media and electronic documentation (the “Product”), purchased or downloaded from helixpresets.com (the “Website”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or download the Product.
1. RETURN POLICY
All sales of digital products on Helix Presets are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing a product from Helix Presets, you agree that you have reviewed all available information regarding the product before completing your purchase, and you understand that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical issue with the downloaded file, please contact us via Instagram at @helixpresets or at [email protected], and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchasing or downloading the Product from Helix Presets, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, copy, and use the Product for personal use only. This license allows you to:
- Install the Product on multiple devices that you personally own and control.
- Make backup copies of the Product for your personal use.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You are strictly prohibited from the following:
- Redistributing, sharing, or reselling the Product to any third party, whether for commercial gain or free of charge.
- Offering the Product or any of its components as part of any collection, package, or giveaway.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source content from the Product.
4. COMPATIBILITY
The presets provided are designed exclusively for use with Line 6 Helix Floor, Helix LT and Helix Rack, and are not compatible with the HX Stomp XL, HX Stomp, HX Effects, HX One, or any other Line 6 products. By purchasing these presets, the user acknowledges and accepts that compatibility is limited to the specified models.
5. DOWNLOAD LIMITATIONS
Upon purchasing a product from Helix Presets, the user is granted a limited right to download the product up to seven (7) times from the website. After this limit is reached, the user will no longer have access to download the product again. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain a backup of the downloaded files on their personal computer or storage device. Helix Presets will not be liable for any loss of data or inability to access the product after the download limit has been reached.
6. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, are owned by Helix Presets or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Product, and the Product is licensed to you, not sold.
7. TERM & TERMINATION
This EULA is effective from the moment the Product is purchased or downloaded and shall continue unless terminated. Helix Presets reserves the right to terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
8. NO WARRANTIES
The Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Helix Presets does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or operate without interruption.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix Presets shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if Helix Presets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
11. DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION
Helix Presets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Line 6, Inc. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The presets and products offered on this website are independent creations and are not official products of Line 6.
